Keith’s Journal

Yesterday I cycled 247km down along the south-western coast of Italy to the “toe”, the one that “kicks” the “ball” (Sicily). Today I cycled 203km from Cosenza up along the south-east coast of Italy (where the “arch” is), and by evening we were sipping drinks as we sat watching the sunset on the east coast, the Adriatic Sea. We’ve covered a lot of ground in two days!
