Wake up to greener coffee

It’s the world’s most traded commodity after oil. Its cultivation, processing, trading and transportation and marketing employ hundreds of millions of people. An ancient “energy drink” with cancer-fighting antioxidants, coffee is also a true “world” beverage: 1.6 billion cups of it are consumed, worldwide, every day, according to the International Coffee Organisation. You can pretty much get a good cup of coffee in almost any city in the world now. The question is: is that a good thing?
