It was an absolute corker of a Stage today. A massive 225km plus four Category 1 climbs, and to top it off, it was another cold, wet miserable afternoon. Fortunately Jocelyn accompanied me again and with his strong climbing legs was able to drag me up the hills.

This is what global warming looks like
